Are you ready for my announcement?..................................................................................................
I'M PREGNANT!!!!
Those of you that read my last blog New Mummy know I swore I would never had another after my awful pregnancy and birth, a lady can change her mind!
Baby number 2 is due the beginning of February and we are very excited including BG who can't wait to be a big sister. Though she was bitterly disappointed when we found out I am only having one baby (phew).
I am feeling good the nausea and extreme tiredness has passed, however I do have gestational diabetes for the second time. It showed up really early this time and they think I already had a glucose intolerance. So its daily glucose tests and medication to keep my glucose levels low. I have to go to the hospital every fortnight and will need extra scans and consultant meetings.
Doubly exciting my youngest sister is also pregnant and is due 2 days after me, so lots of babies next year.
HUGE congratulations lovely, I'm thrilled to bits for you all xxx
ReplyDeleteHUGE CONGRATULATIONS!! How exciting to be due so close to your sister too. xx

ReplyDeleteCongratulations! So pleased for you all. If it helps, I had GD for the second time and had it really quite well under control- got loads of info if you want- it is possible to have a relatively ok pregnancy but extremely hard work but the info the hospital gave me didn't work that well for me but found other tricks that controlled it.
